I've been a user of mDaemon for 10+ years and ever support issue I have forwarded to Zen Software has been dealt with immediately (usually a substantive reply within 10 minutes) and usually with a solution where possible. I don't give false praise (I'm an incredibly demanding IT lawyer and don't suffer fools lightly) and I can genuinely say that it is a delight working with the support team at Zen Software. The support fees I pay for the software are definitely worth it in this instance.

Brilliant support company, no nonsense they just do what you require with no drama.Having worked with them for more than eight years they never fail to surprise and go the extra mile. Ross offered to help with a complex problem - he took ownership the next day the results were in my email Inbox ready for me to progress the issue. Offering to help and taking on additional work is not the norm with companies after the purchasing phase has elapsed this not the case with Zensoft support and help is always at hand. We are a Zen Software reseller and required assistance with a license for the Backup Assist Multi Site Manager. I spoke to James via the online chat and he had the license sorted in less than a minute. Excellent speedy service. Also this new software is excellent for managing multiple backups as it draws all the data into one easy-to-navigate portal. Ideal for us and is saving us serious man hours. Highly recommend both the product and Zen Software.

If you do partner with them, you will quickly form a "first name" basis relationship with the guys. The phone only ever rings a few times before you get hold of somebody and that somebody has never had to refer our call, my questions have always been answered on the spot, every time. My company has ben using Zen Software's MDaemon email server for 8 years and it has been efficient, effective and very easy to administer.
We have recently moved our emails from own server to Zen's hosted cloud service and it is working just as well. The move was done at very short notice from me. I called their sales line with my request and within a couple of hours I was sitting in front of my old server watching their Technical Support man remotely move 8 years worth of emails onto the new hosted server. The technician was very knowledgable and explalned everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. The whole operation was painless and achieved a seamless transition of our email service. First class!
