Avoid at all cost, so unhelpful and rude. I went to vacuum my car and bought a car wash ticket on a very windy day, the ticket flew away as I stepped out of the shop, they refused to reprint the tickets despite me paying £9.99 2 minutes prior and they saw what happened!

They said it was my fault for not holding the tickets properly and I had to pay another money to get any replacement tickets. I asked who I can escalate this to in order to resolve the problem, they said no one that only the cashier can be consulted and nothing more can be done to resolve the problem. Absolutely disgusting unacceptable behaviour for a service provider, Morrison should be ashamed of the joke of a service that is being provided by these clowns in the name of a franchise!!!!

Lady working at the tills Wed 5/06/24 at 10:30am you need to fix your attitude towards customers, no manners whatsoever and throwing my parcel at me when I was nothing but polite. There’s been so many complaints about how rude staff at this store are and management need to seriously address this. Store itself is ok but very crowded, small and overpriced. Staff on shop floor just stare at you? I would not recommend.

Staff look like they do not know what day of the week it is, dirty and overpriced. No customer toilet and say they are a service station!
I did not feel safe visiting this garage, there are loads of “ROAD MEN” walking about, vist with caution.

Found the cashiers extremely rude some times the sling your change in your hand sometimes just chuck it on the counter depending on there mood swings at the time whilst over members of staff plotted around the store making sure you don't steal anything from like you went in the place on the last visit and robbed them blind not a nice place to shop

The worst car wash you can get.

Used the car wash, not at all worth the money. Didn't even clean the car and the doors. Just sprinkled water and stopped multiple times during the wash. Staff were reluctant even to listen to the complaints. Absolutely disgusting experience ever. Would recommend never to use the car wash ever again at this place.

If you want to do your washing & drying, they have high capacity washers & dryers on forecourt! Otherwise, slightly grubby shop.
