Been too busy playing, keep forgetting to give credit where it’s due. Everyone blown away at the transformation. Customer service 10/10 - Warren really passionate about his work and enjoyed giving the full breakdown and steps taken with pictures. The port was repaired previously by other so called professionals but now Im confident this is a permanent fix. I recommend you use the online ticket system, turnaround would be quicker. My item was ready in 24/48 hours. Slightly more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. I’ve recommended you to someone today.

The man does excellent work - manages expectations and explains everything very well. Where others had failed to, Warren quickly diagnosed and reflashed a bios to my (what I thought was) dead laptop. The price was very reasonable - look no further for your electronic repair needs!

Warren was amazing. I had a charging issue with a Nintendo switch. He diagnosed the issue over the phone. In person Warren is so informative and polite. I received the switch back the next day fully working. If you have any Laptop or console issues I would strongly recommend using Warren.

Excellent service. Warren responded very quickly when I created a ticket due to a PS5 overheating issue. Apologies for the late review, but I have to commend the service I received from WG IT several years ago during the COVID lockdown. I had a problem with my graphics card that resulted in crashes. While Warren could not fix the problem or gain alternatives due to the lack of GPUs and parts during lockdown, he did provide an optional service to clean my PC and reapply thermal paste at a very reasonable price, which I accepted.
