Westcountry Computers were fantastic, initially offered some free advice on the phone. As the problem was a little deeper, I delivered the computer for the problem to be resolved mid morning.
Had the fixed machine back by 4.30pm.
Very reasonable charge for the service and advice.
The machine is now working faster than before I had the problem.

Urgent need for my laptop to be fixed. Found Terry online. Drove to the address at 11.30am and thought it was a mistake as they were just residential houses. I rang the number on the website and out popped Terry on the street! He welcomed me in and said he could have it fixed in a couple of hours. He was absolutely fantastic. He talked me through the problems via call/text and checked in before doing anything. Great customer satisfaction. I had my laptop back at home for 4.30pm. Very happy and considerably cheap compared to other places! Highly recommend.

Great service, fast troubleshooting, took less than a day to work out what the issue was, and upon the replacement Motherboard arriving had it swapped in equally quickly.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. Big nostalgia trip talking about computing in the 90s and beyond!

What a lovely helpful man. Very personable. He fixed a hardware problem with my computer and I've just phoned to see if he can fix my computer's slowness. He helped me immediately over the phone and is refusing to charge me. He doesn't charge for phoView more

had a problem with my computer after changing my battery. this was on a Friday at 4 o clock. rang mr ward at west country computers who said bring it round and il have a look.didnt expect it to be fixed straight away but mr ward repaired it within the hour.extremely satisfied with service, with some humorous anecdotes thrown in.!!! would definitely recommend west country computers.
