Westcliffe Care Home is a beautiful place inside and out. My mum settled in straight away because it is a home from home. The staff are all excellent and the care the residents receive is also excellent. Everywhere is always clean inside and the garden is well kept and lovely for the residents to sit out in on a lovely warm day.

The Westcliffe Care Home gave excellent care to my father. They took the time to get to know him and the family and to learn what he liked and disliked. The home is warm and friendly and the staff are all lovely. Being smaller and having less residents means everyone gets along like a big family. I would not hesitate to recommend Westcliffe Care Home.
