I have been shipping with this company for over 20 years. However, within recent years they have steadily gone down hill to a place of no return. Their customer service is non existing. I delivered to their warehouse 2 crates and 2 ladders, clearly stated on shipping note but only the crates got shipped and the address were left behind. This was later shipped and arrived a few weeks later. The company took no responsibilities or even attempted to acknowledge their mistake which ost me an additional 2 days at the waves, transport and other cost. The only choice I was left with was to absorb the adþditional costs or forget my ladders on the waves. This is a company to avoid at all cost. It is disgraceful this company operates. AVOID AT ALL COST

Since my return to the UK, West Indies Freight has reached out to me, and we have amicably resolved the matter. It would appear out of frustration and perhaps a little Jamaican rum, I acted with undue haste in writing a negative review for a company that has served me exceptionally well for over 20 years and for that I sincerely apologise unreservedly and regret any reputational damage my actions may have caused.

Avoid this company at all costs. The company has failed to provide evidence of missing items and displayed unprofessional behavior. Avoid further complications by choosing a more reliable and trustworthy delivery service for your shipments. To add to that the manager at the delivery trading service is like an animal. She has no behaviour and doesn't know how to talk to people. All she did was delay me from getting my goods and slapped on storage fees. I know this because her own member of staff told me because me and her had a disagreement so she dealt with me harshly and slapped on charges. Never again.

Very happy with the service provided, usually i make it a point not to give 5 starts stars to any service i retain just because there is always room for improvement but with the service that mark Anthony provided my mum Mrs Etta Berry i just couldn't fault them, very efficient with the highest level of customer service.. he's always at the end of the phone when i have any questions & as it was my mums very first shipping experience she had loads of questions lol but Mark was patient and very informative, the guys that actually did the work.. loading the 20ft shipping container work very hard and was very pleasant to deal with, would highly recommend there services especially after all our experience with all the other companies my mum was referred to, some was just down right scammers (this lady in thornton Heath who says she have a company but the company does actually exist anymore) i will definitely be retaining the service of West indies Freight again, thanks to mark & the gang you really alleviated a lot of stress off my mums head, she's now a very happy lady with all her goods handled with care & shipped with care.

The service we had both in the UK with the office and packers was excellent, I was a bit panicky about the process but they made it clear and easy to navigate. The brokers they used in Barbados were incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole clearance and customs experience painless and have handled everything with no issue whatsoever! Very highly recommended
