I should have read their reviews before giving them my business. Stay away from this company. Caused leak in the toilet and would not accept liability. Sent them the plumbers report but they were adamant that they did not cause any damage. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards.

Our cleaner has never turned up less than half an hour late, texts us an hour before agreed arrival to say she’s had the offer of another job so can she come another day. So unprofessional and this is after they offered us another cleaner as the previous one didn’t actually clean our house. Awful.

Friendly but somewhat inconsistent cleaner. Office/admin very poor. Cleaner decided to leave, we heard nothing from the office. We then spoke to John and asked for a replacement, still nothing happened. A week later he text to ask if we wanted a replacement! We tried to speak to him, but gave up after numerous phone calls. Not sure what we were paying him for. Overall, a very underwhelming experience.

Paid £100 for 4 hours of cleaning, it was a clean organised for completion date of a house sale. One of the cleaners had to be asked to stop using her phone, the hallway and main bedroom had to be vacuumed after they left, the ensuite had to be also cleaned. Phoned to complain and the cleaner responsible denied that this was the case and said how she was asked to do extra work ie cleaning inside cupboards, do they not do this as standard? The owner of the company just passing by phone number to the cleaner to dismiss the claim is totally unacceptable. They charge a fortune but do not deliver a service worthy of the price.
