I took in an early 1990s Pioneer hifi for repair that I got from eBay with cassette deck & CD changer issues.
They were the only company I found who were willing to even look at it.

No issue with the work performed on a 20 year old LG plasma tv all up and running and good for a few more years plus repair far cheaper than new tv. I was warned if it was the screen it was only fit for the bin so initial £30 inspection fee good value and that came off the full cost.

I’m a single mum of three with no family or anyone to call and I needed to advice about a television and just got spoken to like absolute crap on the phone by a grumpy old man! Not what I was expecting. Would bother calling them ever again and certainly won’t be using these for repairs anymore! Disgusting

Had a minidisc player repaired 15 or more years ago by Websters. I returned recently to get an old Arcam CD player fixed. Great to see the shop still there as before. No fuss or drama. No sign ups for special offers or other unnecessary garbage. CD player now working flawlessly for a reasonable fee without the need to package it up and send it across the country. Top service and top company. Cheers

I didn't pick websters my insurance company did, but I am so happy with the work they have done fixing my television, the person who picked it up and dropped it off was very polite and helpful and gave me information on how long it might take to repair as they had to order the right part and when he dropped it off he helped me re install it, I also spoke to someone on the phone to arrange a time to drop off my TV and he was also very polite and helpful. Tha k you very much for an amazing service I am glad you were chosen by the insurance company

Musicians - pay attention!! If you have any problems with your amps, cabs or any audio equipment, give Chris a call at Websters and he'll sort you out. He's just renovated and recapped a very treasured and historic valve amp for me and I can't believe the difference it has made. His attention to detail was great and he kept photos of the process to maintain the history. Really reasonable price too so I couldn't recommend him more highly. Thanks again Chris!!

Amazing service from the guys at Webster Technical, I found them via Google when our 10 year old TV packed up. Called in the morning, by that lunchtime we had a loan TV while ours was being repaired. 2 weeks later we have our TV back working perfectly, great professional & friendly service, would highly recommend.
