Cant speak too highly about these guys. Repair delivered on time and working beautifully.

This company excellent on communication and initiative.

My laptop has an expensive OLED screen. It had previously sat on another shop's shelf for 3 months owing to "non availability of parts" though I had accepted their quote of £480 odd.

Initially Steve quoted about the same, but a couple of hours later he told me he had taken it to bits and was able to replace just the cable.

Excellent work. I now have the machine back and working. Steve's initiative has saved me about £300.

Meantime I managed to break another (cheaper) machine for which he was able to replace the whole screen within a couple of days. Again at a reasonable price.

These guys rock. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

Steve was really helpful when my 2yr old laptop stopped working. He did a free no obligation check of why it stopped working. Provided me with a quote and detailed what had happened. Really happy with the result and price. Would recommend and use again - even for advice! Thank you

We are so greatful for the excellent work and dedication from We❤️Laptops. Over the last 3 years they have worked as our refurb partner to refurbish 200 unwanted and unused laptops, saving them from landfill and donating them to local primary school children through our Rotary Laptops4Schools project.

I had 24 hours to resolve an issue with my laptop. Within that time, I had a response from WeLoveLaptops to my initial enquiry, detailed phone call, laptop collection, repair, and home delivery. I was kept involved ad fully informed throughout this process, and follow-up at delivery was thorough. My device was investigated fully, and left with me in optimal condition. Urmash engaged enthusiastically with this project, and took its urgency seriously, despite weekend timing. I felt my laptop was in safe hands, and it is reassuring to know that such dynamic expertise is available to us in and around Manchester. This is a very sincere and competent service, by people who take a genuine interest in their customers, however large or small the enquiry.
