I started the process of selling and purchasing my property at the start of 2024.

Darren came and valued my house. He was very polite and respectful of my home.
He explained everything to me from the process and cost of selling my home.
We used their photographer had photos taken and got it onto Rightmove and the Wards website within a few weeks. Everybody in the office had something to do with sale of my property. They were all very kind and understanding of one of the most stressful things I’ve had to do. They were always at the other end of the phone if I need them which I did on many occasions! We used their solicitors who did get the job done. They sold my property quickly and efficiently kept me updated every step of the way and reminding me of all my options at every step. All the staff at Ward are very helpful but Macy stood above the rest, always cheery and helpful and very encouraging. Macy helped me fall back in love with my house which helped me to sell it.

I’ve used Wards in Rainham many times to both buy and sell properties.

I contacted Wards to sell my last property to which their Sales Manager, Natalie Jerram came round to talk me through their selling process and fees.

I found Natalie to be exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Needless to say, due to Natalie’s sales approach, I signed the contract that day.

Wards kept me constantly updated throughout the sale of my property and were diligent when chasing up solicitor for information and progress reports.
