Fantastic Business recently had a trial on telephony services for our telesales and customer service staff. Costs were allot lower , no need for hardware again , and the reporting is fantastic. We can now actually see who’s pulling there weight when working from home as unfortunately managing people remotely in the pandemic can be difficult . We didn’t want to be intrusive so we sourced Vivotech to find a solution . Likely we will be using Vivo for the 20-30 other people who work remotely. Keep up the good work Gents !!
