My wife & I have been with Visual Answers & Mr B - for many, many years. Always first class service
Today we went to the Quorn Branch, where we were greeted by Caroline - who was absolutely wonderful. Made us feel welcome, was empathetic and all-round great. We each then had a consultation with Sidra, for Hearing Tests - who's knowledge was amazing - the care and professionalism she showed us both was very much appreciated

Visited this opticians recently with my son to have his eyes tested. My son has learning difficulties but Mr Bojani was very skilled at adapting the test for him so he felt able to understand what was in front of him. He was very calm and patient sensed my son was anxious and really made him feel very relaxed about the whole process. He gave us really good advice about what type of lenses to buy.

An extremely thorough and professional examination. In addition the optician gave me lots of good advice on keeping my eyes healthy. The team in the front office were most helpful and patient in assisting me choosing new frames. I would not go anywhere else for my eye health care. Superb organisation.

I cannot recommend Mr Bhojani high enough. I had lost despair with my previous two opticians providing incorrect prescriptions. Mr Bhojani corrected this on my first visit a few years ago and immediately filled me with confidence . There is nothing that he doesn’t know about eyes and has confidently diagnosed any other eye issues on immediate examination. I have since recommended Mr Bhojani to all my family and friends who all have the same feedback. The optician staff at Quorn themselves have always offered a friendly and professional service with a wide range of quality designer frames.

Visual Answers have always provided a brilliant service. We started using them a few years ago as they managed to correct a wrong prescription that my wife had from another optician! Very polite and helpful.
