We needed a Care Provider urgently when my Father was going to be on his own for an extended period of time due to my step mother being detained in hospital. Visiting Angels came to our aid with a very comforting and easy manner. Surjit took us through the process without too many hurdles and allocated a regular Carer to visit my Father every morning and carry out whatever tasks he needed help with. Russell.

I love meeting and spending time with clients. Their stories are so interesting, especially learning about the past in England. At first, I felt a bit lonely and lost, but now I find comfort in knowing I can always reach out to someone (Surj or Hira) if I need to.

Hira is a warm and approachable person. I feel at ease discussing my concerns with her, whether they are work-related or personal. She creates a sense of unity among us all, including the clients.

She was eager to help me when I shared that one of my children had been diagnosed with autism.

If I have to describe Hira’s personality in one word, she is SUNNY.

A great start to what we hope to be a fruitful onging relationship with the Angels of Warwickshire. From the first introductory phone call to setting up a twice weekly visit for my father, who has moderate Alzheimers, Surjit and the rest of the team have been outstanding.

What an excellent experience! The Visiting Angels went way beyond my expectations & were a huge help with my elderly Mother whilst Father was in hospital.

Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Visiting Angels in Warwickshire for the empathic, comprehensive and flexible support provided to my Mum since she lost her husband in September of 2023. With myself and my two sisters all living in different parts of the country and all a long drive from Mum's, the care, support, company and companionship of those providing additional support has been fantastic. It is clear that all at VA have a passion for the work they do, not just a job. My Mum have been delighted with the support she has received and we could not recommend them enough. Over the years it has been difficult to find a genuinely good care company, but i believe I have found that here.
With many previous companies i have been through a lot, having to deal with being treated badly by staff and management alike, and i would feel intimidated by people who are supposed to be caregivers.
Here though, i feel already, after a few weeks, that this is a good care company, with a manager who is a kind, friendly person - someone I respect, who looks after her staff as well as she does her clients.
My 2 carers have been polite, patient, understanding, hard-working, respectful, and sincerely caring.
It is evident that they enjoy their jobs & in fact want to be in my home, looking after & getting to know, me whilst helping me to live the best way that i can.
After years of struggling with depression and severe social anxiety etc, I have found a safe place finally with this company & i'm actually flourishing.
