Sue is a fabulous tutor and always manages to share her extensive knowledge in an ‘easy to follow’ way, which ensures everyone is successful within the workshop. Sue has delivered several workshops for us, as a small group of independent businesses - all of which have been hugely successful. #highlyrecommended

I recently attended one of Susan's training webinars. The course was excellent, she explained each aspect of the course well and clearly. Susan was friendly and welcomed any questions. I now feel much more confident using the Google business profile. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a great ‘Google Business Profile Training’ session with Sue this week. The lesson was well structured, fast paced and so full of useful info on how to set up and maintain my Google Business Profile. We were able to troubleshoot along the way, discovered just how important this profile and how to maintain it to get the best from it. Would highly recommend.

I attended the Google Business Profile workshop. I did not realise how important having this profile is and Susan delivered relevant information and clear information about how to set up as well as how to update. I would recommend this workshop to anyone serious about running their business big or small.

Sue's ability to organise a whole town event, designed to raise the profile of small independent businesses, within very tight deadlines, has been outstanding. She has coordinated over 30 small businesses, as well as representing the event via media interviews and social media posts which was invaluable. My own business saw an increase in My Google Business page visits over +154% during the Hornsea Elf Trail period. in addition, people living in Hornsea visited my shop who hadn't previously which has been wonderful. #highlyrecommended

I cannot recommend Susan’s courses highly enough. What she offers is different to others I have tried, in a number of ways:

1) The course is broken down into lots of bite-sized chunks. This makes it so much easier to progress through the course.

2) She goes into lots of detail, covering extra information that is helpful. I got so many great tips from that.

3) Unlike other courses, she is also available for questions. She even hosts a fortnightly online meeting for members to talk through anything they want to, about any aspect. This has helped me when I’ve felt a bit stuck.

My course was about mastering Shopify. In the early part, I had a few problems in tweaking my shop, to do what I wanted. Susan took the time and trouble to find out how to resolve each issue and to patiently talk me through it.

The end result is that I have now built my online shop. I am in control of it, confident in adding products, editing listings and tweaking my shop when I want to – and I am someone who has always considered herself to be a technophobe!

I am proud of myself for what I have achieved and doubt very much that I would have got there without her course and support.

Sue has led a number of training sessions that I've attended that have been so informative, easy to follow and useful! She's also been pivotal in the set up of the Hornsea Collective Elf trail which was a great success and helpful to us as a small business. Thank you Sue.
