Found I was having trouble printing from my PC, PC then came up with an error code. Found Village IT during a search for help from my laptop. Ben was very helpful, told me the PC had a harddrive problem. Hardrive replaced & advice given re updating PC when next version of Windows is required. Great service. Thanks very much.

My laptop stopped powering up and so after doing some research on local tech repair companies, I came across Village IT & Technology services.
I filled out a form describing the issues I was experiencing via the company website and Ben responded quickly and arranged to come and collect my device. After a few days, the faulty parts had been replaced and my laptop was back and up and running again.
It was a fast turn around and I was kept informed through out the repair service. I would not hesitate to use this company again, thankyou Ben!
