Taxi arrived a little early and impressed with the text sent to say firstly it was on it's way then again when arrived giving the make and model of vehicle and reg number.
Taxi driver lifted my daughters mobility scooter into the boot and after arriving at her destination carried it into the house for her.
We were so grateful as it is quite heavy and neither of us could have managed.
He was very pleasant and I would say an asset to your company and id like to thank you for providing a safe and reliable service.

Excellent service first time we have used taxis to get too and from airport but if you get the service we got it won't be the last time, going taxi arrived 03.45 for our early flight helped with cases car clean and tidy the driver told us on return get your cases then phone for taxi they are allways dropping off and picking up at airport so you shouldn't have too long to wait this we did,got a phone call back saying taxi there in 3 minutes black kio and there it was it beat us to car park again a very helpful driver he loaded and unloaded our bags car spotlessly clean price about same as leaving my car and getting transfers organised and on free for all on bus lugging our on bags on and off the bus will I use this services again you bet I will
