Great service. I sent my Exposure Diablo Mk8 for inspection as I thought it wasn't holding charge.
I was fully prepared to pay for a new battery but USE's inspection determined otherwise and they returned the light to me free of charge and with some tips to get the most out of it.

Great products, I'm really pleased with my Sirius front bike light and handlebar mount. After purchase service is great as well. I asked for the name of the bolts used and USE sent a couple of spares free of charge with no quibble.

I have been using USE seatposts for many years now. Originally a blue anodised post with a shim and I know have a Sumo Ti and an Alien Ti seatposts. Both work well but the Sumo one is much easier to set up and adjust. They aren't cheap but they are top quality. My Alien seatpost is now 24 years old and going strong. The Sumo one 12+ years. I am about to buy a Sumo seatpost for a new bike. They are more comfortable than an alloy post and save over 100 grams. Highly recommended

I have one the Exposure Tracer rear bike lights. It’s a brilliant bit of kit and I’d highly recommend it - fits easily and gives you a really safe and visible rear light. Lasts for a long time on a single charge and seems unaffected by the weather. This morning I had a small problem with the rubber mount snapping so with quite low expectations sent an email to the service email address. Almost immediately Matt replied and offered to send a replacement rubber fastening. What great service! I actually bought a second bike fixing mount to allow me to swap lights between bikes and with the minimum off fuss Matt sorted it out and is posting the two pieces together. Outstanding service and I’m so glad I bought this light. I will definitely choose lights from this company again given my experience and reading others similar comments. Excellent all round.

Unrivalled customer service displaying honesty which is rare to see nowadays.
I thought my Joystick was broken (it wasn’t it was my charging cable). Matt Gibbs tested it, then returned it to me completely free of charge using next day delivery. I have 3 Exposure lights; I wouldn’t use anything else. First class company. Thank you.

Brilliant experience with the company. I have one of the rear tracer lights, seal broke off and they sent me a replacement straight away free of charge. Fantastic customer service and great product which last forever (Light still holds perfectly only the rubber part fell apart which is understandable).
