This is by far the worst courier service I have ever known, I was informed by email that my delivery would be arriving fri 24th jan to which I was home all day,checked tracking history after the expected delivery time,to see that it had been taken back to depot,when I clicked on the map to see the event the incompetent driver had gone to a totally different address,&stated no access no contact. I then rearranged delivery for mon 27th jan to which again exactly the same thing happened tried delivering to the wrong address. I'm not being funny but how hard is it to deliver to the correct address. So as it stands at the moment I still have no delivery,you are unable to speak to anyone,you phone DHL they put you through that just hangs up on you. Do not use this service the worst by far .....avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!

Parcel was delivered to wrong person at unknown address. No note left in my house. No response from UK Mail, and its impossible to get it touch with them. Worst delivery company in the UK, avoid at all costs!

This is the wars service ever. No human being to help. On website all the time fake update about deliver progress. Keep on saying attempt deliver when I’m all day at home. I can’t get my parcel to delivery.

Rubbish courier

The driver was due to deliver a parcel for our company and each time he claims either nobody was available to sign for or the door was closed so he could not get in

The customer service are just totally incompetent and very unhelpful , they even refused to call the driver to give him instructions as he was clearly at the wrong address and they claimed that they were not allowed to help as my name was not on the parcel although I had the tracking number

Totally unheard of - rubbish is the word -Do not use
