Alfred is very quick to respond, very helpful and knowledgable and works fast and with care. In order to get us back online quickly he came as soon as he could, analysed the problem and came up with an effective solution very fast. He is also a very nice guy.

Had a nightmare of a morning where I could not get onto my laptop. Called UK Computer Services and what brilliant service I received. Not only did he understand that I urgently needed to get on (I had payrolls to run for my clients urgently) but as I was in a panic after 2 hrs trying to get on he put me at ease and said he would sort it, and hr and half later I was back on getting those payrolls sorted. Cannot thank him enough.
