I contacted Graham regarding upgrading the speed and memory in my laptop. He was helpful and plain talking throughout, with no use of computer jargon. I know enough about computers to know what I needed, so I purchased that and Graham installed it, as well well as completing some general maintenance. Due to my job, I couldn't drop off or collect in 'normal hours' but Graham was happy for me to do so in the evenings. And the best bit - an extremely reasonable price! I was extremely happy with the work and would recommend Graham for anyone with computer needs.

Our old computer was so slow and the battery would not hold a charge. Type High upgrade the processor, put a fresh battery, loaded a free virus checker in and sorted it all out. its like new again and all at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend them if you are having issues with your PCs etc
