Our guide Mike was amazing, a lot of info and we got 40 miles in. Google for all levels of riders. I managed to never turn the bike on so I got a workout in, there was only one incline that made me think about turning the bike on but it was a short climb! Bikes worked great too - perfect route!

Bought my first proper bike from Tom today - great response via email and had my new bike just 7 hours later. Tom took all the time in the world to explain everything about the bike to me, help get me comfortable on the bike and to give advice on my cycling.

I have not experienced great customer service for a very long time and must say that the experience with Tom and his colleagues at TY cycles is second to none - worth a long travel!

We drove from London just to purchase a bike from TY Cycles after speaking to one of the brothers on the phone. The bike was for my 9 year old daughter. The service was perfect they had everything my daughter wanted in stock, smooth and hassle free purchase I will definitely go to them again for anything cycle related, 2 brothers working hard together.

Me and my friends hired bikes from TY Cycles last week. Many thanks to Jim and the team. Friendly, very helpful, and really nice. The bikes were superb, and we had a nice time.
Plus you can get a great friendly coffee at the shop there.
Never before have we encountered a better rental service ever.

Fantastic, friendly service from the team at TY Cycles. I had a bronze service carried out for my bike so that I could enjoy this spell of beautiful summer weather. The shop is extremely well stocked and has everything you would need, definitely worth a visit. Thanks, TY

Couldn’t rate these guys highly enough! I was out on a ride and my gear cable snapped. I Googled what the closest bike shop was and thankfully TY Cycles came up. I gave them a call and they were so accommodating. I limped the bike over to them, they repaired it in about 10 minutes and offered a coffee while I waited too. The shop is well stocked with a fantastic range of bikes. Well worth a visit. The chaps there are brilliant. Good customer service and flexibility definitely goes a long way. Well done fellas.

Extremely impressed! A broken gear cable was threatening to ruin my cycling holiday (very hard to cycle around the Cotswolds with only one top gear!). Step in TY cycles. Despite being extremely busy in the workshop top mechanic Neil diagnosed the problem and swiftly fixed it. And at a very reasonable price too. Thank you
