We have been using Turncloud for many years but during this Covid Crisis with my whole team in lockdown working from home they have been truly outstanding. From setting us all up on MS Teams, to printers, VPN connections and all round support. Patient and always professional I would not hesitate to recommend the Turncloud team.

Picked up some work for a Bucks acquaintance involving CentOS, due to this company dismissing Linux and suggesting replacing the VM with Windows 2016 for lightweight applications. Why charge twice by selling Windows licensing when a potential client has a request? I suppose they may be good for Wintel small office, but avoid if you have specialist needs.

Update in response: Turncloud commenter, this incident was prior to the coronavirus pandemic. My acquaintance spoke to one of your support team on the phone before chatting with me a week later. You won’t have my details on record as we haven’t dealt directly but you can find me on LinkedIn/GitHub. I see you have used this stock response previously and it doesn’t make you look any better.
