TT2 Limited

TT2 Limited is a company located in the Administration Building of the Tyne Tunnel in Wallsend, United Kingdom. The company is known for its toll road rest stop services and has received a mixed reception from customers. Despite having wheelchair-accessible facilities such as entrances, seating, and toilets, the average review score on Google My Business is only 2.1 out of 5, indicating that there may be room for improvement in the quality of service provided.

The company offers various facilities for customers, including wheelchair-accessible restrooms and gender-neutral toilets. This shows that TT2 Limited is committed to providing an inclusive environment for all users of the toll road. However, the low average review score suggests that these facilities may not be enough to satisfy all customers' needs.

One notable aspect of TT2 Limited is its quick response time to customer inquiries. In the case of a user with a disability who encountered issues with their free pass, the support team promptly addressed the problem and resolved it within a few hours. This level of customer service is commendable and sets TT2 Limited apart from some of its competitors.

In conclusion, TT2 Limited offers toll road rest stop services with wheelchair-accessible facilities and a responsive customer support team. While there is room for improvement in the overall quality of service, the company demonstrates a commitment to accommodating the needs of its diverse customer base. For anyone looking for a toll road rest stop in the Wallsend area, TT2 Limited is worth considering, although potential customers should be aware of the mixed reviews and the relatively low average rating.

Our call was answered by a lovely friendly helpful lady. Our query, relating to the status of a blue badge, was answered quickly, efficiently and fully.
If only other other service industries could respond in such a positive way life would be so much easier.
Full marks.

Terrible scam, no compassion for first time user error when happy to pay the toll charge but a a day or 2 late due to using the tunnel unexpectedly and not understanding the process. The time window should be extended for a first time use and should be giving the benefit of doubt for first time user mistake but they won't because it makes them too much revenue and that is all they care about customer advisors can't actually do anything to help the customer so are completely pointless. *****Avoid using the Tyne Tunnel and make sure your plan journey to avoid it*****

TT2 Web site failed to accept valid documents and their email system incorrectly failed to defect valid application details.
After several telephone calls only a person was finally able to acknowledge TT2 IT errors.

Received notification that my Tyne Tunnel exemption was due to expire so I used the link to renew my application. Everything was really clear and easy to navigate.
I received email updates and a confirmation that the new application was successfully processed.
Excellent system and brilliant to be kept informed throughout

Of course... a fine. First time using and bought journeys in time. Only bought two and forgot I made a third journey. Received an email saying all journeys used up so assumed it was all paid. My fault I suppose, but these systems make it really, really easy to get a fine. Appeal rejected. Merry 25th December.

The application form is simple to work through, I'm 75 and even I could follow the instructions.
The "government" could take a leaf out of TT2s application form.
