Cannot recommend enough after an amazing experience here today. My car suddenly starting making a screeching noise this morning. I had pulled in close by to Service Now, and rang them on the off chance they could have a look at the car. Cath was absolutely lovely on the phone and told me to come straight over. Within 20 minutes or so everything was sorted, Lewis was very thorough and even offered to accompany me on a test drive to ensure I was satisfied the noise had gone. There was then no charge for the service!! An absolutely wonderful experience, thank you so much Lewis and Cath. I will definitely be back for future services and MOTs.

I called because I was concerned my car was making a rattling noise from the exhaust. They were able to fit me in same day, diagnosed a loose heat shield. Sorted in minutes, no charge (!!!). Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

I've used this garage before for repairs and service/MOT so was happy to book the car in for a new wheel arch (purchased from Toyota) to be fitted. Booked it in for a day when they weren't busy. They fitted it while I waited and then refused payment! Really nice of them. Big thank you to Lewis and the mechanics there.

Friendly, responsive and very quick at fixing an issue. Took our car in today, they found the issue and ordered the part ready for fixing tomorrow (quickly than initially promised). Quotes always seem very reasonable. Glad you are just down the road.

Can I just say what a fantastic garage. Took my car that I had bought only 2 weeks ago to them as had a problem. They had a look and we’re not happy with quite a few things under the car they had found. Dave gave me advice and the garage I bought the car from have agreed I can return the car for a full refund. Dave was super helpful and can’t thank him and his mechanics enough. Will definitely be returning with any future car I get as they are super honest and very friendly and couldn’t have been more of a help. Once again Thank you so much. 👍👍

Was driving along M60 & tyre pressure suddenly started dropping quickly, came off at the 1st exit I could & to my luck saw Service Now so pulled in just before I was driving on the rim. Despite having appointments they were incredibly helpful to get it looked at, seeing I had kids in the car & wasn't from the area. Managed to remove a 6 inch screw & save the tyre in 15 mins while I waited, felt it only right to tip for the excellent service in an emergency.

Great to see that goodwill still exists & can't recommend highly enough. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Called in at 16:30 as my tyre had a hole in it and needed to drive back to Halifax.

The man at the front went to the garage to ask who wanted to do a tyre, all the technicians said the machine was turned off as they finished at 17:00.

As I went to turn my car around you could see them all stood around having a brew and a chat.

Called to a garage just up the road (tyre and auto whitefield) who couldn’t do enough to help.

I would ise them before service now all the time.

Avoid this place….. paid for an MOT and service. I had a few issues with my car, which I highlighted to them (such as windscreen wipers not working) got my car back and still not working and not checked! Paperwork says they did a health check on my car…. Clearly they didn’t as also had 2 tyres which were close to legal limit and they didn’t even look at it. Not sure how they even managed to pass my car when I can’t clean my windscreen, due to it needing a new pump!

Paid over £150 for service and MOT but have now got it booked into another garage to be looked at as I genuinely feel they aren’t providing the services they are advertising! Have also made a compliant to the DVSA.

Garage local to me and have been using it since it opened as Quick Lane, but sadly it’s gone really downhill.

(Head office also informed but for such a serious complaint they have zero interest).
