UpdatedNever anyone there and always stood waiting for the staff to finish their cigarette before serving currently stood for over 20mins waiting! Disgusting service. 6 weeks and nothing has changed exept they're now not even open because of illness but every time its one excuse after another. Avoid this post office and use another because you will only have to go elsewhere anyway out of 13 attempts they have only been there or open twice. This PO needs to Close Down!

Pathetic. Staff always off sick and dont bother putting up notices to say its closed so people are left waiting like idiots and staff dont even advise its closed. Useless.

Opening hours are incorrect on Google Business profile (they close at 2pm every day) but even that isn't guaranteed. They open and close the service to suite the needs of Tesco and staffing shortages. The Post Office is supposed to be a service - I try and support this local one but they don't want to support the local community so I shall avoid in the future and drive to others in the area that honour their opening times. I work full time and also have to travel with work so rely on the service being available when they say it is (I plan around being able to go within their opening hours) and it is frustrating when they then chop and change and a whim.

On the website, the Post Office was shown as "open" today. Yet when I got there, I was told the Post Office was "not open" due to Staff shortages. Ok, if this is the case - please amend the website. Had to make a journey to Rodbourne, who were very happy to receive my business.

There is a small Post office counter inside Tesco, but just because the Tesco is open unfortunately doesn't mean the Post office is!

I recently went down to pick up a parcel at around 2:30pm and no one was there, it's not suppose to close until 5:30pm!

If there isn't enough staff then it should have revised times displayed, not good I'm afraid 👎

Tesco express alright but the post office is never open when we need to. It’s close or system down even on its opening hours that’s shows on website . Very inconvenient
