So this company car has park around this place. Not only he is using a space that's allocated for a specific resident. On top of that your employee can't park properly, He blocked an access for the red car. Worse still that belongs to a disable person with a small child. Absolute BELLEND!

My husband and I went to Tony Le Voi out of frustration after being messed about my WJ King Vauxhall Dartford. All I can say is that they saved the day! Muhammad was a superstar! So patient and well informed, not pushy at all. We turned up without an appointment and were able to test drive the New Grandland. We booked another appointment to test the model we are considered, however I had a change to my dairy and again at short notice the dealership made the time and effort to ensure I could test the vehicle at a time that suited me. I can't praise them enough, could do with a bit more customer parking but apart from that very happy!

Excellent service received from M. Alif. Great personality, efficient professional and found me a great 71 plate Mokka, which I love. Only glitch was that I could not get my dash cam fitted there. Have to shop about for that now.

I was called for the valuation of my car for the part exchange, I travelled 17 miles to see Mr Alif, spend there 20 minutes. Guy looked in-experience and not updated about the market prices of the cars available. I was told by Mr Alif that he has given my car details to his manager for valuation and will get back to me....I never had a call back from anyone from there.

Crap service only went here as it was a insurance job and was the only place local to where I was working at the time. My vehicle got damaged on the front/ underside from bottoming out . I called twice for a update on my vehicles progress and the staff were just rude . My vehicle is now back in another garage as more work needs doing on it as it is not drivable . When I called to report the issue, I was told it was my problem and not theirs ! I'll never use Tony le voi again !!!

I recently put my car in for a Service and MOT in the Lakeside Tony Le Voi. I had a collection and delivery on my car so they came to collect it and brought it back to me while I was working from home. The staff member who done the collection and delivery was lovely and friendly. Over the day I received calls to get updates on my car as it went through the MOT, anything that needed doing was done on the day and done well. I got my car back and it had been cleaned inside and out which was a welcome surprise. I would recommend Tony Le Voi to anyone and everyone.

From walking in to the showroom to driving my new car away Deborah Empy the Sales Rep was amazing. Walked through the process of my purchase and kept me updated throughout the order and delivery. Deborah spent an hour going through the technology which can be so confusing when you’re moving from a 13yr old car to a new one. I am so glad I chose Tony Levoi they definitely go the extra mile to make the experience a good one
