I am at the end of week 4 and I am enjoying my 6 week challenge. The gym sessions are great and varied so no chance of getting bored. It's hard work but well worth it. I do feel fitter and have a better body shape already. The trainers are very encouraging and supportive and help you when needed to do the exercises correctly. I also like small size of the group. Perfect.

I joined Tone Fitness to do the Six Week Challenge and it hasn't disappointed. The exercise classes are tough but fun, and the trainers are very attentive and are able to adjust exercises to suit your starting fitness level. I've lost more weight and feel fitter than I've been able to achieve by myself through their classes and nutritional guidance. Everyone I've met has also been friendly and encouraging 🙂

I cannot recommend enough the 6 week challenge at TONE FITNESS. All the coaches have been amazingly supportive throughout my first half of the challenge. Lessons are versatile and catered for all habilitéis. I am thrilled with the way I feel, from being a person with pain in their whole body to one that has energy and almost pain free. I am really happy I decided to join Tone for the 6 week challenge! I turned 50 recently and was hoping to start the next decade feeling healthier and fitter. The “diet” is easy to follow: the instructions are very clear and the list of what we can eat very precise. I am really enjoying the training sessions. They are challenging but I am on week 5 and I am noticing a huge difference already. I feel stronger, I sleep better and I have a new mindset when it comes to eating well and exercising. The PTs are friendly and encouraging - you feel at ease straight away and it has been lovely to meet people who are on the same journey! I highly recommend Tone Fitness!

I have just completed four weeks of my 6 week challenge and am absolutely buzzing. I had to give up running 18 months ago following a knee replacement and found myself gradually putting weight on. Nothing I did actively seemed to replace my running and then I discovered Tone Fitness. The food selection and the gym sessions have certainly put a spring in my step, as well as feeling so much better with myself and sleeping so much better as well.
The trainers are so supportive, never more than 7 in a class, the sessions are very well planned and if you have difficulty with any of the stations, the trainers give you alternatives.
I was very pleased with my review at 3 weeks and looking forward to seeing how I have got on by 6 weeks.
Definitely recommend but you need to be committed and stick to the plan 100%.

I am on week four of the six week transformation and could not be happier with my progress. 3.7% body fat at the half way point means I am well on track for the 7% target. The classes are brilliant, having so many instructors means you get a really diverse mix of styles and exercises. Don’t get me wrong the classes are hard work and the planning and prep has to be on point for you to fit this in with your existing routine. Hopefully all worth it in the end!
