Cordial staff, excellent service. I approached Swindon - TLScontact for my daughter's British citizenship application.

Parking facility is available in front of the building named Regus. There is a parking fee which can be paid online by scanning the QR code displayed in the front dusk. I paid £1.99 for an hour.

There was two step process with in the office, primarily the document submission or verification, then finally the biometric data collection. Toilet facility is also available within the building.

Easy to find in Google Maps. Parking facility available as part of the Regus building, a small fee applies. I was greeted at the Reception and all formalities went ahead like a breeze. I was out in less than 15 minutes. Staff were super cordial and helpful. Washroom facility available in the building.

I went there on the 11-11-2024, and I was a bit late cos of train delays, the guy I met said I was late so he didn’t allow me to do my biometric.

He was like I should go back on the site and rebook my appointment again,unfortunately the system wasn’t allowing me to even change my date let alone to rebook an appointment

I was really disturbed and I had heard a lot of people had the same issue and has sent complaints and has waited for more than two mouths.

I went to the office again after three days to see whether they can help me. My goodness I met a lady who I call a God sent angel, Jessss she was an angle don’t know if I can mention her name. The name is PRISNA don’t know if I got the name right.

She really had time for me and made sure my problem was resolved, Jesssssssss she was an angel.my God bless you were ever you are.

Due to incorrect address in google maps, i ended up going to wrong place but on further research saw a review which helped land in right location. The staff are cordial and the process was very quick. As this place in the shared building (Regus) and with no name on the list of companies and with reception being away most of the time, be prepared to wait....
