You need time on your hand and to love that clink clink of those plastic clothes hangers as the endless browsing of the bargain hunters around you looking for an item.
The shop is large and packed on clothing and shoes but also home goods department is great.
Can get too busy with queues at tills on weekends but midweek is relaxed and quite.

This shop has most of everything but l especially love the toiletries section.....l purchased some beautiful highly scented soap in very pretty boxes today.......The prices there a reasonable and ll highly recommend.

Really disappointed with the customer service from the team behind the tills at TK Max Hatfield made worse when I asked to see the manager and was told they were not available neither was anyone else at manger level. Maybe I have been spoilt by the great service at TK Max in St Albans where the staff and management are so professional and such a great advert for the company. Because of my experience I won’t be returning.

When visiting the outlet Mall the Galleria, I am looking forward to the TK Maxx store that I remember from a previous visit, years ago.
I like buying brands at a discounted price. It's nicest to walk around the women's bags section, which are arranged by colors.
Discounted shoes are always good, because a woman can never have too many shoes.
I browsed the men's clothing section, looking for a shirt for my husband. There was a nice selection of XXL size shirts. I was disappointed in the women's clothes, as I didn't find anything suitble for me.
The home decoration department is very big and wonderful, but I can't take it with me on the plane.
There is also a selection of fine toiletries, fashion accessories, children's clothes, sports clothes. Greeting cards and beautiful gift wrapping bags.
It was in the busiest store in the mall. Everyone knows how to appreciate a good bargain at a good price.

You've got to give it 5 stars for value. The quality of clothing has gone down over the years but still there are bargains to be had. Especially for those Eastern Europeans. These pics are of TK Maxx. The Galleria TK is a good size with plenty of stuff.

Staff are not friendly at all and are rude they just ignore you at the jewlerry section when your obviously waiting to be served I was waiting there for 15 minutes until I had to ask a member of staff to serve me then they just served another customer first anyway and completely ignored me

If you have time this is the best shop for discovering little gems especially in women's wear.
Love the children's.section always something special especially the funcy dresses.
The jewellery counter Is lovely as well eventhough I feel is overstocked with wrist watches at the moment.
The shoes section is brilliant I always buy my shoes from here.
The bag section is disappointing very old fashion boring designs and no big names.
The men's wear us fantastic great variety.
The homeware has a very limited stock which is disappointing.

If you have the time to go through the shelves one by one you might pick a true gem.
If you are in a shopping storm or pass by the way.... It might be hard to find something.
The prices are between reasonable to good. Once in a while, very good.
