I really enjoyed Amy's Reiki sound bath therapy.
As a first timer, I didn't know what to expect from the session. Amy provided all the necessary equipment to make the experience comfortable and gave the group a comprehensive background explanation about the glass bells and their effects.
I highly recommend it to anyone that are looking for a hour of pure relaxation and a good night sleep (I slept like a baby after the session).

Committing some time in the diary to totally detach from the daily grind isn’t always easy but Amy’s Reiki Sound Bath sessions have allowed me to do exactly that. From the moment I walk through the door I can feel my stresses start to lift. Spending an hour in the wonderful space that Amy creates allows me to completely relax and focus on myself. I am completely new to reiki and was skeptical at first (I think lots of people are), but had a fantastic Reiki session with Amy and would highly recommend her. The session was booked for an hour, but Amy was incredibly patient and focused on ensuring the experience was meaningful rather than sticking strictly to the time. She's also so lovely to talk to, which made the entire experience even better!

I asked Amy to provide Reiki for my 84-year-old mom, who experiences a lot of pain and confusion. My mom is very old-fashioned, so I wasn’t sure how she’d feel about it, but after every session, she reported feeling much calmer and said her muscles felt noticeably relaxed.
