I popped into the 3 Store in the Waterside Shopping Centre, Lincoln today and received first class customer service from a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff member.. (James (with glasses)).
He took time to offer great advice on the maintenance of my iPhone and even went to the trouble of cleaning out the lightning adapter socket on my phone.

Called in today to upgrade after visiting this 3 store two years ago and receiving great service then. Today was no different, Drew attended to both our needs and gave us the best deal possible to upgrade and change a sim only deal. He made sure our past data usage would be suitable for the new contracts and went through all the necessaries thoroughly.
I would recommend 3 to anyone and especially Lincoln Waterside shop.
