I have just read two of disappointing unfair feedbacks which have been put for Thermovein company , guys you had the treatment done in the clinics not by Thermovein ! You should have spoken to your practitioners first ,leave your reviews on their website ,wrong place to put your reviews ,not fair on Thermovein ..

ThermaVein was the first piece of equipment I bought when setting up my aesthetic business. I felt anxious about recouping my outlay, but I needn’t have worried, it’s been a really first rate investment and more than paid for itself. Not only can you promise quick, safe & gold standard treatments for patients, but the results are fabulous and feedback confirms that patients are delighted to be rid of their pesky red veins.
Throughout, John and the team have been fantastic and the customer care has been second to none and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve still got my original machine and although I would like the more compact smaller and updated version it’s a workhorse and meets my needs so I’ll be sticking with it for many years to come. I sent Thermavein 3 emails via their website asking them for further information regarding the risks and potential negative outcomes of using their equipment to treat facial thread veins. They didn't bother replying or even acknowledge receipt of my emails, which any reputable company would do. If you send a company an enquiry about their product 95% of the time you'd at the very least get a response. Obviously they would have collated a lot of information about this over the years, as not only would their equipment have undergone extensive clinical trials on various skin types, before it was licenced and approved for usage in the UK, but they would also have received a high level of feedback from all the clinics that use their equipment, as to what the pros and cons are. The fact they didn't bother replying aroused my suspicion and I subsequently found the claims on their website to be false. Their website states that there is no risk of scarring or bruising when using Thermavein to treat facial thread veins. This is simply not true. After contacting various clinics, I was informed that there is a low risk but not no risk. Thermavein would definitely be aware of this, yet on their website it clearly states 'no scarring and no bruising' as opposed to 'low risk of scarring and bruising'. Thermavein also claim there are no pigmentation issues-again simply not true. If you're looking for a company that takes ownership, is well organised, communicates effectively, is transparent and has high standards of honesty and integrity I wouldn't be looking at or recommending Thermavein!
