Visited during a hike and had a lovely brunch with fluffy scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with smoked salmon flakes. It was all great quality ingredients, although I prefer a stronger smoked flavour.

My partner had smashed avocado on sourdough toast with sun dried tomatoes, feta, seeds and extra bacon. This was a fantastic dish as I had some as well.

Drinks wise there were teas, coffees, iced coffee, bottles of fancy lemonades but didn't see things like smoothies, maybe for the summer?

The patio area was lovely to sit on, the road wasn't busy and you can look into the shop with all their lovely produce.

Was a much needed boot scraper by the door, sorry if we left any mud, really tried to remove it outside the village and again at your scraper.

We live about 40 mins away, so unlikely to be here again any time soon, we do wish it was on our doorstep.

What a fantastic shop or should I say emporium, I was a little early for breakfast, although the lovey lady did say if she wasn't so busy, she would have cooked me one, but did partake in a delicious bacon and sausage bap 😋

Great selection of really scrumptious cakes, limited seating inside but plenty of all weather seating outside. The only downer is very limited parking for non locals (like us ).

Beautiful village store at the end of our road. We love going there as a couple, with friends or with the family. Food is delicious. There’s a great supply of local produce on sale. Dog friendly. Wonderful and friendly staff. Service could sometimes be a tiny bit quicker.
