Keith either has it, or can get it almost instantly! If you know what you want, it's easy, and if you don't, Keith has options to suggest. I bought a lovely portable easel-type whiteboard, and an excellent Brother printer. I'd recommend anyone to go out of their way to Keith's Prudhoe shop to experience proper customer service. I desperately needed some printer ink for something urgent so I could wait. I rang and asked if the shop had some in which they did. When I got to the shop they decided to charge me double the price you would get them from amazon (£40). Look after your customers and we will come back!
