Visited this store and noticed it was very messy and the price tags on products were not placed correctly and staff very laid back. The shop needs a good turn around and cleanup which would improve the customer shopping experience.

Was standing in the line waiting to pay with over 100 pounds of shopping in my trolley. 10 minutes in the line with one staff member struggling on the tills on a busy Sunday is not something i see in many stores. I kept my patience and went to the checkout and the poor cashier was under pressure.

Would be nice if you have more staff on the tills to minimise the waiting time to checkout. I will change the review based on my next experience at this store.

This is the worst The Range in the country. It was absolutely rammed, had only one till open, queue down the store, the poor lady on the till was getting no response from the multiple other members of staff we saw on our way round the store! Eventually someone was calling people to come down to the customer service desk and that’s where we ended up but she spent the whole time talking to another customer who wanted to return something, and then after us ignored all the people behind us. Absolutely awful and clearly wasn’t being run very well by apparently anyone!

Wide range of items for sale, store is messy with many delivered items still in boxes on the shop floor. Helpful staff and not very busy with plenty of parking

Absolutely terrible customer service from the female cashier on the refund/returns desk and the store manager (which was also a female and who refused to give her full name). The said manager was very incompetent at dealing with the situation and contributed to the problem instead of resolving/dealing with the matter professionally.

Went for a quick light lunch. Restaurant wasn't over busy 5 staff 8 dirty tables floor wasn't clean. No cutlery no serviettes. such a shame with it recently having a refurbished. Won't be going back .No toilet paper in ladies.

I needed some DIY bits and pieces, so i dropped by, at the checkout point there was about 5 people in front of me, but only one cashier working, the queue soon became longer with at least another 10 to 15 people, and still no other members of staff came to help, even when the member of staff valled for assistance, (he did this a few times). They only came when the queue became shorter! The store was also really messy and there was no toilet paper or hand towels in the toilets. The staff were also not friendly to costumers.

Looking to order 2 prints online - both had the same order number and The Range advise that either of the 2 could be delivered, no chance of saying which you want?

On asking online for help, went round in circles for 30 mins, no clearer on how to order what I wanted.

Had to travel to a branch 15miles away to get what I wanted in person.

Total shambles!
