Lovely little pub located in the tiny village of Hyde Heath, just across from the small common. A set of tables and chairs affords a lovely outdoor location for enjoying a cool beverage on a hot day! The service was delightful, the young barmaid extremely helpful and friendly, and the servings were generous! At least the nachos were, which is what we ordered. I am hoping to return and try the fish and chips.

Amazing food and lovely pub. We came here for Sunday lunch and Fish & Chips with our little one. The staff were really friendly and helpful with food options, and every area of the food was fantastic, couldn’t find a fault. Will be coming back!

Saturday lunch time. Great menu choices, great prices. Bread and olives sharing platter was a substantial and very tasty starter for 3. Battered cod was crispy, with moist, piping hot fish. Welcoming, friendly and attentive service.
