Amazing service super rapid delivery.... ordered on a Friday afternoon delivered Saturday morning. Only place to shop for Raspberry pi requirements and lots more. Great range of products. Only wish other vendors where as rapid and easy to deal with. 100% recommended . These guys a brilliant buy on confidence.

The Pi Hut has an excellent selection of Raspberry Pi equipment, which made it easy to put together a package with everything I needed. The delivery was nice and quick, and when there was a small issue (a couple of the keys on the keyboard not working) they arranged for a return and replacement as quickly as anyone could possibly expect. I can't fault their customer service, and am happy to recommend them.

Products all came quickly and well priced. There was an issue with my order (an issue with the supplier, not pi hut), and the replied rapidly to my inquiry and the replacement parts arrive in two days!

I had issues with a PSU dropping excessive voltage when under load. I contacted Pi Hut customer support and was expertly dealt with, and after sending back the faulty item, very promptly received a fully up-to-spec replacement. Cannot fault them - first class service. What with that and the extremely reasonable pricing (i.e. very much on a par or better than a certain auction site I could mention...) I will definitely be going back again. Really big thank you to all at Pi Hut. Thank you!

I have bought two Raspberry Pi 5 (4GB & 8GB) from this shop along with some other accessories. Very quick delivery and all good!
The Pi 5 4GB have developed a fault after 6 months of light use which stopped it getting any power...I have contacted the shop and their response not only was very quick but very understanding which resulted in replacing the faulty Pi. I wish all companies were like The Pi Hut. Many thanks guys!

A few days ago, I had a received my M5StickC Plus 2, and due to the shipping company or the supplier (not The Pi Hut), the screen had a few dead pixels across the screen. So I took a few photos and send a support/refund request. A few hours later, I instantly got a notification with an email from the support agent (Jayde) with a link to get the return slip. I quickly put the item in a bag and put the postage slip on the package and within a few days, it had arrived and in a few quick emails, I am due to receive a replacement item, which from experience comes within 1-3 days using Royal Mail 1st Class.

Overall, great support experience and great selection and shipping out times.

Great customer support, I can definitely recommend this store! My Adafruit Quad Rotary Encoder died after about 11 month of use and, after contacting the store customer support, they very promptly sent me a replacement one. In addition, the store is really well organized with many products and devices available.

I am an international customer from Germany and Pi Hut's delivery to Germany went smoothly and took only 7 days. I did have to pay some customs duties, but that is perfectly normal for orders from the UK to the EU since Brexit.
I also had a great experience with The Pi Hut's customer service. A part of my order was faulty and they immediately sent me a free replacement. That was very generous and accommodating of them. I am very happy.
