What a lovely place. As soon as you walk in you get the wow factor, but a word to the wise you need to book as this place gets busy. We were met by the barman who was helpful and friendly and arranged our drinks and showed us to our table.
We then met the wonderful waitress who was also helpful and friendly.
The chef serving the carvery food was so friendly and we did have a laugh, it certainly makes a difference when staff make you feel welcome. Food was very reasonably priced and tasted so good. Would highly recommend and well done everyone.

Staying just up the road from this little gem, WOW the food is superb and the staff very friendly even told us where all the food was sourced locally. We can't recommend this place highly enough 10 out of 10 guys really well done 👏

We visit The Orchard whenever we fancy a nice local carvery or some good pub grub. Popped in yesterday and had the ribeye from the specials board. Steak was beautiful, onion rings were crispy and the chips were very good and it all tasted amazing. Partner had Ham, egg and chips which is always really good with a side of chicken nuggets, proper chicken breast and very tasty!
Specials board is updated regularly and always good, dessert board is updated quite regularly too. Nice atmosphere, Connor is always very welcoming and the waitstaff are always very helpful and friendly. Nice family run pub with very very good food, fantastic gravy! and just a nice atmosphere overall.
Make sure to book for the carvery, it does get busy. Always recommend here for food and so pleased it's just on our doorstep too!

Excellent throughout from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, the food is top notch 👌 I had the minted lamb locally sourced our server says its from his uncle farm. Everything about this place is very good and all the staff very friendly thank you guys 😊

Relatively new owners. Seem to have good ideas.
Food served quickly 10 mins after 6pm kitchen open which makes me think "ping".
Nice setting. Nicely decorated.

Very welcoming, lovely, helpful staff. Varid ,tasty menu with good selection of specials and desserts (always to full for dessert!) Dogs made very welcome by staff and regulars. Certainly visit when next in the area.
