Terrible service. Attended with my wife for a blood test. Receptionist never moved her eyes away from computer and totally ignored us leaving us standing at the counter, invisible. Another receptionist busy shredding paper in back of office asked who was next, we were the only people waiting to be seen to, and asked who we wanted to see, then shouted something unintelligble to us to which the lady on the computer translated and instructed us to take a seat. Both women in desperate need of a course or two on people skills.

Can never make an appointment, even when they cancel your prescription without notice or reason. Terrible service.
