Heike starts from a place of openness. He's there to learn as well as to share what he knows, that means that any session is always about what you need to get from it. He uses his lived experience, and also listens to your unique perspective. I'd recommend talking to Heike if you are thinking about neurodiversity training, working with ND staff, or making plans for inclusion.

The Neurodiversity Awareness Training event was excellent. Jam packed with information on how to be supportive and inclusive of neurodivergent colleagues, clients and customers. It also gave us some easy tips on how to improve communications with neurodivergent people in general, that will be of huge benefit to my business. Highly recommended!
