I can’t recommend this service highly enough! Jane provided exceptional care for my kitten, showing genuine affection and attention to his needs. This was our third time using The Cat Butler Radlett services with Jane for our cat Loki. Jane is absolutely wonderful at her job and pays so much attention to our cat’s needs every time. You can tell she genuinely cares for him and his well-being as if he was her own and also keeps us updated with every detail! They’ve developed a special bond and we feel reassured throughout our time away that he’s being looked after well. The house and litter tray is also kept very clean so it is a seamless transition into home life following a trip away. We would now never consider sending our cat into a cattery! I could not recommend The Cat Butler enough.

I've used The Cat Butler Radlett twice now to look after our two cats and cannot recommend Jane enough! She is simply fantastic and genuinely cares about the cats in her care. Even our grumpy three-legged ginger boy adores Jane, and he is not easy to please.
The daily video updates are brilliant, and the added services of bins out, mail collection etc... a fabulous bonus.

Three cats - one full of anxiety and Jane had them wrapped around and comfortable in absolutely no time at all! Jane is cat magic!! The love and kindness she has to give to both the cats and our home and hearth just comes through and I am so so so so grateful for it. We moved here a year and half ago and have been skeptical if taking holidays due to little miss anxious kitty - but with Jane, here’s to more holidays and being stress free on them! Jane offered the next level in care for our lovely, friendly little cat. It was wonderful to feel she was being so well cared for in her own home and that someone was regularly at our house whilst we were away.
