I had seen this bottle and case in other places and wanted to order one for myself.
I found this company online and was surprised they had them and ordered one and I can say I was not disappointed at all.
There was a delay in it getting to me because of the Christmas and new year period but got to me fast and in wonderful packaging as well.
Will be ordering from this company again

Another good purchase of a great whisky for my friend's birthday. I had hoped for delivery on the date but given the time of year delivery was a wee bit delayed. Got there in the end! Great product, price and customer service.

As a new customer I was disappointed to receive a two bottle consignment with one of the bottles damaged by the Royal Mail and leaking out during transit. However, all this was quickly and efficiently resolved by The Bottle Club in the most professional and friendly way. A replacement bottle was dispatched to me within 48 hours of my initial notification with, I hope, compensation being received by them from the Royal Mail.
Altogether, a first class, quick, efficient and friendly service which I thoroughly recommend!.

I was emailed to say my parcel wasn’t delivered, I had put wrong postcode on order. I rang Royal Mail to ask them to deliver to my local post office which they said they would. They did not receive it. It eventually arrived at my original address but broken. See pic

I made a first time purchase from the Bottle Club on the lead up to Christmas and wasn’t sure if the bottle would arrive on time as it was a gift for someone.
I didn’t need to worry as I paid on Friday, bottle dispatched on Saturday and delivered on Sunday.
The packaging is very impressive as the bottle travelled through Royal Mail with no damage at all.
I highly recommend the Bottle Club as the service is outstanding.

Very good, didn’t arrive for Christmas but that was totally my fault for late request. Nephew coming for Christmas only liked this one drink which could not find in shops! All good. Packaging good and was able to forward straight on to nephew after Christmas.

My order took ages to arrive and when it did it was incorrect. I’d ordered 10 year old port and was sent 12 year old single malt. When I raised it with the company their customer service wasn’t great. They offered me a 10% refund on the incorrect item or the option to return it. The items I ordered were for Christmas presents and I had ordered in plenty of time but because it was so slow to be dispatched there wasn’t enough time to return or replace the item. Extremely disappointing and very frustrating. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.

Shambles of a company, ordered “next working day delivery” on the Friday, paid almost £8 for this delivery, thinking it would arrive on the Monday, Tuesday at the latest. It arrived on the Thursday, 6 days after I paid for “next working day delivery” contacted the bottle club every way I could and eventually got a response on their “chat”
Only to be given my tracking details, I pointed out I was aware of my tracking details I was just unsure why by the Tuesday that I hadn’t received my order, yet again was sent a message saying, we apologise, however here is your tracking number.
I requested a full delivery charge refund and was told.
No we can’t do that, but we can offer you the difference between regular delivery charge and the “next day” one.
I pointed out that they were birthday gifts and the reason I paid for next working day was the birthday was on the Tuesday so was now going to arrive Wednesday, at the earliest, and was now too late. They refused to give me a full refund on my delivery and consequently I actually got no refund for my deliver at all, not even the “difference”.
As an owner of a small business I believe AT LEAST a full delivery refund should have been issued as a good will gesture. But no, I received nothing and contacted them again to say the bottles didn’t arrive till the Thursday, no response.
I have sent the 2 bottles back and will never be dealing with this company again.
So my advice is, if you are wanting something in a hurry, do not use this company.
