visited with familly (two kids of 9 and 11). We played darts and staff is super great. Did not tried the food but look quite good also. Not a big pub but a great local one.

Amazing food, rather cheap and quality tradition pub food. The steak was sent out with chips, onion rings, mushrooms and tomatoes and juicy when it came out. Portions a large for the price. Overall very impressed

This may not be the”Raffles Hotel “,but what nice people! My pushbike broke down and I’m sitting outside at 1pm on a hot day waiting for my missus to return.There’s a family outside watering the plants.. and after asking what time the pub opens(and being told2pm)I suggest that one of them gets the keys and opens the pub up early 😁. So what do they do.. they open the pub for me and I-have a lovely pint. which I can’t even pay for till my missus gets back. LOVELY PEOPLE

Stopped here on a boiling hot day for a drink and a bite to eat. Inviting look to this pub from the outside and lovely inside. Food was what I call good pub grub.

Friendly landlord and landlady. Good home cooked food. Got there before the kitchens opened but was still offered food. Good beer garden. Couldnt really fault the place.

Says that it does food but on the two nights that we visited couldn't be bothere'd to open the kitchen even though it is advertised as open, locals won't give you space at the bar to get served but having said these complaints, possibly the best pint of IPA I've ever had.

Visited this evening. Had 2 nice basic meals with bottled real ale and real cider. Will be visiting again over the weekend.
