Haven't bought from here, but was allowed to use their toilet as my vets wouldn't let anyone in to use theirs (being a disabled man in a wheelchair, with no mode of transport and 40 minutes away from home, there was nowhere else I could get to). The owner was super nice and friendly, and the shop had a really nice atmosphere. If I'd had the funds, I would've loved to stay a while and browse their collection.
