I got flat tyre and popped in to this station for some help. I was assisted right away and they did everything they could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. What a rescue mission! Thank you so much!

Pump number four is faulty and started filling before I had pulled the trigger. I was charged for this and went inside to let the staff know. I explained to them that I often come to this petrol station and have only now noticed that their pump is faulty but I don’t mind paying the extra 50p or so as it would cause hassle. Was met with the staff looking at each-other and laughing at me and saying I don’t get special treatment because they don’t give it to anyone. Right then. I told them both where to go and their customer service is about as flawless as their skin. Rude. Unhelpful. Nasty. Thieving.

COVID - with everyone supposed to be wearing masks, I went in last night and out of 10 people only 2 were wearing masks. The woman behind the counter only challenged one person he had to wear a mask and he said "Oh I'm claustrophobic" to which they both laughed.
