Outstanding Service from Tesla Body Repair Dartford - Ben Day, Daniel & Liliana 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tesla Body Repair Dartford, and I can confidently say that their service is nothing short of exceptional. Thanks so much to everyone who worked on the car repair.

At very short notice, Daniel conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle, which was then promptly communicated to my insurance company to assure them that the car was roadworthy. His attention to detail and efficiency were incredibly reassuring. He insisted on changing the lock mechanism due to safety reasons which the insurance company agreed on. He also noticed the Clunk on opening and closing of the boot. Daniel also took it upon himself to communicate directly with with the insurance provider to get authorisation for the work.

A big shout out to Liliana for expertly managing the logistics of the courtesy car from Auxillis and setting clear expectations throughout the process. Her professionalism made the entire experience seamless. She stocked me up with some Border cookies but I insisted on Jaffa cakes next time which was cheeky of me…. I know right. It was also very handy to have a room to work out of during the work day to keep my clients happy. Thanks for having me over. On site coffee was good and wifi connection was brilliant to work with including teams calls. No issues there at all.

I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ben Day for handing over my vehicle, which was repaired to a standard that exceeded my expectations. The care he took to ensure that the boot closed properly and that all the panel gaps were aligned correctly was truly impressive. Ben’s warm and thoughtful gestures, including donating colouring books for the Tesla Owners Club cause and gifting me a Tesla umbrella, left me feeling valued and appreciated as a Tesla customer—especially in light of the ongoing challenges I’ve faced with the Tesla Resolution Team. He mentioned he had seen my post but did not realise this was the replacement car to that. So reassuring as it means that they did the work not even knowing who the end user was. I must also say that they cleaned up the 3W interior mats to an as new standard so looks like I will be keeping these a tad bit longer 😊. Ohhhhh and that clunk is GONE!!!!!

The entire experience was thorough and enjoyable, and I sincerely hope that other service centres take note of the high standards set by Ben, Daniel, Liliana, and the rest of the Dartford team. Timelines were communicated through the app and the insurance company were informed on when the off hire was expected to be. I’m so glad I chose them over the local recommended garage, which lacked even the basic parts and know how to replace the boot lid and bumper. At one point the local garage stated that the could not let me know how long the parts will be which came as a surprise as Tesla Dartford said all the parts will be ordered in readiness for the repair to start. Parts replaced were rear boot including struts and lock. They repaired the rear bumper which was then sprayed. I must say there was no overspray on the existing PPF which was brilliant and showcases their attention to detail.

Overall, a huge thank you to the Dartford team for their exceptional service. I look forward to seeing if this level of excellence can be topped!

Daniel and the team are fantastic. I'd split a bumper on my model 3. They went the extra mile to keep the costs down, got the bumper in for me in a week, painted it and then I popped in and they fitted it while I waited within 2 hours. There's office space for you work in. Free drinks. I was kept informed, Daniel came with me to make sure I was happy with the work. It was all very easy and turned the upset at the bump into an easy fix. Thank you team!

Very bad service I have ever had with Dartford Tesla. My car has been at Dartford centre just to warranty 12V battery replacement over one and half month. They simply extending the days up to 2 months without concerning the seriousness of the a family man and saying still they did not receive the battery. It’s very silly response every time you ask them for the progress. I’m so frustrated with the service.

Exemplary customer service, which is not just excellent, but also friendly and relaxed. The was a hitch that meant my car's body repair work had to be delayed slightly - the guys at the Tesla Body Shop Dartford bent over backwards to help me and minimise any inconvenience. Not only is our Model 3 the best car in the world, but the Tesla Body Shop and the Tesla Service Centre in Dartford offer friendly customer service which I imagine only Rolls Royce or Bentley could match. great time, I had a broken rearview mirror and I absolutely needed a new one quickly because I travel a lot...I arrived early in the morning and explained my problem to BEN...less than 10 minutes and all free...great service...I really appreciate the attitude and this way of helping the customer...great BEN, thanks again..TOP

The service is terrible, first they told me to leave my Tesla on Monday and it would be ready on Friday, on Friday I did not receive a call or a message in the app, I had to call to see if it was ready and they told me that for Tuesday More than eight days for a repair of one centimeter and the change of the car charger cover in a private body shop. They told me that the preparation would take 2 days maximum 3, I am very dissatisfied with the service, there is no customer service in this body shop. of tesla in dartford.

We had the best experience at this body shop. The people were all kind, wonderful people who provided a great customer experience, and the work on our Tesla was excellent. It did take a while to get the original quote for the work and thus to get booked in, but after that it was smooth sailing. I’d highly recommend.
