First time here and I can say it was a quick tip( only had 13 pallets) was out within half an hour. Not impressed by the drivers waiting area but like I just stated I was there for half an hour.

One of the biggest in south England. Great work place. Huge parking. But no bus or train anywhere near. Lovely canteen with great food and cheap prices.

Don't ever work here! Management treat you like rubbish and all they care about is their stupid performance system. You are just a number and can easily be replaced at any time

Hard work and their dumb targets which will break your back. they treat people unfairly too. Managers are useless lazy doing nothing but sit around all day and look for reasons to get you in trouble. Have to work like a robot non stop to meet targets. They will look for ways to make ur life harder too and blame you when it's ur fault.

Don't sell ur soul and break ur back for people who don't care about you. Absolutely poor working conditions too hope this place gets reworked or shut down. Treated like animals instead of humans.

Ignore the fake reviews claiming its a amazing place to work for when it's not. The only good thing here is my break time, the pay and when I go home. Everything else is rubbish would give 0 stars if possible. This is a genuine and honest review

(OUT OF USE) on both toilets in drivers waiting room. Also says on the signs they are due to be fixed on week 18 it’s now week 25 (todays date 22/06/24)

This is the only you need to know.
Attracting wages? You will spend on drugs and doctors soon. Health&Safety last. Blood, broken fingers and hernia...
Try Carlsberg, Coop, Cobelfret or anything else in the area.
This place is only for miserable people. If you aren't yet, you will be here for sure. Like a Russian labour camp.
Unrealistic expectations, no respect, people treated like objects, not like human beings. Rules are only for the workers, managers are above them.
Arrogant, untalented and uneducated truck drivers, cleaners and sweethearts are promoted to be "managers" then they play god. A quote: "You don't have to think or understand anything, just obey". They create chaos after chaos then blame the workers for everything.
Poor training. Bumptious fumblers.
Union reps are faint against these prigs.
Keep out and STAY SAFE!
