I am beyond peed off - apparently i was yold a surveyor attended my property after i was waiting in all day from 08.00am to 12pm
No knocks (i would have heard) no missed calls, no appointment card left
Then, to add insult to injury, i phone the number, where i made the initial call when i recieved letter, on 2nd of jan
Nothing was mentioned about the different offices, or buck passing exercise i'll have to endure
