I've been using Amica for nearly 2 years now. They are my IT support, i'm not techy and i don't want to deal with the hassle of emails not working etc, setting up office 365 programs and so on. I run a business with in house and remote staff who have issues i can't see a pc in front of me.

So they jump on the phone to amica and get it resolved and i do nothing, because amica are fast and professional i get charged less than calling out an computer guy.

So overall i am very happy with my go to guys!

Over time you get to know the team as you need help, which is always a big positive for me.
