After getting into a bit of bother with our previous hosting provider, we contacted Jon and we immediately felt at ease and confident in the decision made. Jon has been outstanding in helping us move our 60 clients websites over to their platform and then tackling all the email accounts which I was dreading!!! The whole process has been done painlessly and professionally with minimum hassle or disruption. The Tecplicity server panel is a joy to use and Jon has always been on hand to help guide us with any issues moving forward. Would have no doubt recommending Tecplicity for any IT solutions.
